New Counselling Date of UP Bed Trainee Teacher recruitment

Due to a lot amendment done by government in the new advertisement published for the recruitment now High court Allahabad suspends the Counselling process of 72825 B.ed Trainee teachers recruitment. Now HC Allahabad given new Hearing Date of this case is 11 February 2013. till then now counseling will be conducted at any District Diet. High court Allahabad now demanded the clarification from court regarding Uptet recruitment. for implementing the court order and judgment basic siksha parishad now published te notification for stop the Counselling of up bed trainee teacher . Previously counseling schedule was 4 February to 9 February. HC ald also want to the report on previous order implementation report. On previous order 16 January 2013 court permits the bed candidates who scored 50% in graduation and have a bed degree.  And also guided to include such candidates in recruitment process but basic siksha parishad not opened the online website for form submission to new candidates. So now Counselling process will be cancel till then next court order. Court given this decision on a writ filed by a petitioner name Sandeep and other. Its really a very disappointing news for all B.ed Degree holder of uttar pradesh. After a long fight government started the teacher recruitment process but again this vacancy now moving court. This case was filed on the matter that government amended done by government in up teacher service rule is illegal on the basis of NCTE guideline.
