Problem of Up Primary teacher after doing a lot struggle in their transfer from one district to another district yet not resolved. After doing a lot of struggle their transfer to their home district done but due to rudeness of Basic siksha vibhag of uttar pradesh they compel to go rural area from main cities. Female teacher of uttar pradesh now days facing a lot of problems after transferred. a lot of chaos happening in transfer and samayojan process of up primary teacher . High court Allahabad order that re-prepare the Joining list prepared by former BSA in Allahabad within 2 months but after completing 45 days no process has been started. Basic education department dose not release any notice regarding court order or execution of HC Allahabad Decision. so for no preparation by bsa officer teacher are indignation . in Allahabad total 904 protested regarding miss guided deployment of primary teacher transfer list. after 24 day strike done Allahabad Teacher, prominent BSA has been transferred from Allahabad. After getting no solution teacher went to court and filed a writ regarding transfer, re preparation of transfer list and choice filling. Then court order that re prepares the new transfer on the basis of government guideline of transfer rule. This HC order was passed on 29 November 2012 .according high court Allahabad decision , court given total two month to prepare the new transfer list but there are no progress seeing by Basic education department. Total 2 week are remaining on time limit fixed by the court. Hope bsa officer will take decision as soon as in favor of Up Primary teacher. Keep on checking Jobslip.in for all news
I think u p government have no tension about the transfer of female teachers. Kindly think seriously to transfers the female teachers as soon as possible. The teachers have the right to get the transfer at the place where they got married. Shakir khan
