SBI Bank PO Exam 28 April 2013 Probationary officer written Test

State bank of India now going to conduct written exam for 1544 probationary officer post. Selection will be based on the written exam, GD /PI marks. Their will be two types of bank po exam conducted for the selection of the eligible candidates

First of all objective test of 200 marks will be conducted after that and descriptive exam will be conducted for Bank po post.

SBI Bank PO Objective Written Exam Pattern and syllabus

Sbi probationary objective exam will carry total 200 marks. Total 2 hr will given for question paper solving. Their will be 4 sections and each section will carry total 50 marks. Question will be related from various field like English, latest current affairs, data analysis, and reasoning.

Syllabus of SBI Bank Po Objective Test :

• English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc)
• General Awareness, Marketing and Computers
• Data Analysis and Interpretation
• Reasoning (High Level

Cutoff marks / Qualifying Marks : Sbi will provide qualifying marks for each section later however each candidates are required to score minimum marks for each section of the objective question paper.

SBI Descriptive test : this paper will carry total 50 marks. For descriptive question paper 1 hour will be given. Sbi bank po descriptive question paper will comprise English language test comprehension type like Short precise letter writing, essay writing, comprehension passage. In this paper you have to require minimum marks for qualifying marks.

Marking System : selection will be done on the stander of 100 marks total marks of written exam 250 (200 +50 ) will be changed 75 scale and interview + gd marks 50 will conducted to 25 scale so total merit will be prepared on 100 marks.
