Madhya Pradesh Preliminary examination will comprise of two paper of objective type multiple choice questions. Each paper will be set in accordance with scheme given below
Paper 1: general Studies 2 hours 200 marks
Paper 2 General aptitude test 2hours 200 marks
MPPSC prelims examination will be conducted for screening test only. On the basis of the marks score by candidate in this Preliminary examination candidate shall be declared qualified for Mppsc main examination. Final selection list will be prepared only on the basis of marks obtained in mains examination and interviews.
MP PSC paper 1 and paper 2 will be objective type nature and questions will be multiple choice Questions (MCQ Type). That means each questions will have four options which only one be the correct answer.
Both question paper I and Paper II will consist total 100 objectives question of 2 marks for each questions. Paper 1 and paper 2 will have 200 marks each.
Question paper medium will be English as well as Hindi languages
Only 15 time of recruited vacancy will be admitted for Mains examination in various category. Only those candidates will be eligible for mppsc main examination those will be declared qualified in mp psc pre examination 2013.
Minimum passing mark / qualifying marks / cutoff marks for each paper will be 40% marks in each question paper. for sc / st OBC / PH cutoff will be 30 .
Qualifying marks in interview for general category will be minimum 33% marks and for sc/st/ph 23%..
