Central board of secondary education now published the notification for JEE main 2013. Online registration for JEE main now open. In order to appear in JEE main and JEE advance 2013 you have to apply online. All candidates are advised to log on official website for checking eligibility criteria and application form. The online registration form for JEEMain 2013 will be available on JEE main website. Online registration and application form for Main 2013 will be start from 8 November 2012. Last date for application form submission and online registration is 15 December 2012.
JEE 2013 merit list / rank list shall be prepared based on 40% weightage to school Boards marks in class 12 (intermediate ) or equivalent examination and 60% weightage to JEE(Main). The weightage to school Board/Equivalent examination marks shall be considered only after normalization.
Now, AIEEE will be known as JEE (Main) and IIT - JEE as JEE (Advanced).

You have an option to appear in JEE main either Online (Computerized examination System) or offline (Pen Paper Based examination System). Paper 1 JEE main will be conducted two different examination mode (Online or offline). JEE main 2013 paper will be conducted only offline mode. You have to opt for either offline or online examination for paper 1 only.
Their will be two paper comprise in JEE 2013 Main. Candidates may take paper I or Paper II or both as per the course the are seeking admission to.
Paper 2 will be conducted for the admission in B.ARCH/B. PLANNING (At Institutions other than IIT) and paper 1 will be conducted for all other undergraduate courses.
Paper 1 will comprise Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subject. Question will be objective type with equal weightage. Paper 2 comprise Mathematics – Part I , Aptitude Test – Part II & Drawing Test – Part III .
Paper 1 paper 2 will be conducted on 7 April 2012. Exam duration will be 3 hours for each paper.
