UPTET High Court Case Decision 16 October 2012 Primary teacher recruitment HC Allahabad Latest news Update

Today is the one the most important day for the Bed degree holders who are fighting in favor of tet merit and against the Academic merit  previous uttar Pradesh government published the notification for the recruitment of 72825 primary teacher in the primary school before the few week ago of the sate assembly election. For that purpose they changed the up teacher service rule and said that selection of primary teacher will be based on the TET merit before the one week of the tet examination. After that a lot of corruption unveils in Tet examination. Finally new government  came and they canceled previous primary teacher recruitment notification. Some amendment is also done by government in service rule that TET / CTET will be must for primary teacher post.
But now candidates once opposing that recruitment process on the base of academic merit. They filled a writ in high court Allahabad about selection procedure and cancellation of previous notification by state government. What ever government started the primary teacher recruitment process for BTC degree holder / VBTC / urdu btc. Notification and advertisement is also published by various district. But a lot of case filled by B.ed degree holder there are no notification yet now published for bed Tet qualified candidates.
Hope Court will give some decision / judgment which will be satisfactory to all bed degree holder Uptet qualified candidates.
