UP Phd Cet Syllabus

The syllabus of this ‘Common Eligibility Test’ will be that prescribed for UGC/CSIR/ICAR-NET-JRF Examinations which is available on the UGC/CSIR/ICAR websites.

Question paper Pattern | Scheme of Test | Phd Cet 2012

The Common Eligibility Test will be based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and shall have two papers as detailed below-

1. Paper-I:- This paper of 2.00 hours duration will contain 100 MCQs based on

research aptitude and general awareness and will be of 100 marks.

2. Paper-II:- This paper of 3.00 hours duration will contain 200 MCQs based on

Subject knowledge and will be of 200 marks. There shall be no negative marking.
