The affidavit filed by Shri Suneet Kumar, Secretary, Basic Education, today only reflects half facts. It has been stated that a decision has been taken that Advertisement published on 02.12.2011, which is the Corrigendum inviting applications from BTC trained candidates may be quashed, after obtaining liberty from the High Court and that a fresh process may be initiated for appointment of the candidates who have already passed BTC, Special BTC Urdu etc. conducted by various DIETs in accordance with the U.P. Basic Education (Teachers Service) Rules, 1981. For the purpose Advertisement may be directed to be published by the competent authority in various districts from where the candidates have passed their essential training. The time during which such advertisement shall be published has not been disclosed. Let the Secretary disclose the date by which the Advertisement shall be published and the process for recruitment for qualified BTC candidates shall be completed.
Put up on 25.05.2012.
Interim order to continue till then.

    sapa ne apne ghosna patra me kaha tha ki agar uski sarkar bani to vo tet khatam kar degi...kya hua uske wade ka...jhooti-2 bate karke to usne bahumat pa liya aur apni sarkar bana li lekin jinone sapa ko vote diya tha is aas me ki tet khatam ho jayeg unka kya hoga...kya is sarkar ko phir se satta me nahi aana ?? aur 2014 me lok sabha chunao bhi hona hai...kya iska bhi dhyan nahi..?? socho kuch..
