previous government of Uttar pradesh published a notification on the recruitment of 72825 primary teacher vacancy for the recruitment of primary teacher in primary school. for full filling this vacancy NCTE already provides provisions that TET (Teacher eligibility Test ) will be must for Primary teacher recruitment for quality assurance in primary education. For that purpose NCTE gives time to state government at the end of December 2011 but due to Turtle Speed of decision taking this primary teacher vacancy comes at end of November. one more critical issue was raised in this vacancy that was UPTET. that time no government authority was ready to conduct Up TET 2011 exam in uttar pradesh. but UP BOARD (UPMSP) takes this responsibility to conduct TET in uttar pradesh. A lot of chaos was happens in this vacancy every one knows it very well.

due to various controversial issue like what will be base of Teacher recruitment process, UP TET GHOTALA ,corruption in UPTET exam, and so on Court takes this matter very seriously and High Court Allahabad / Lucknow bench banned this vacancy for Few days and start Hearing on UPTET Primary Teacher Recruitment. today (30 April 2012 ) was court hearing and court given new date for Judgment . its expectation that (HC ALLAHABAD) court decision on primary Teacher vacancy will be delayed due to serious corruption inside the UPTET exam 2011.
