UP primary Teacher Transfer of another district News 2015

No primary teacher transfer will be possible from current district to another district. New SP government will going to cancel the decision of previous government of primary teacher of one district to another district. This is the bad news for those primary teacher who are seeking to transfer of another district. previous government taken a decision on the favor of primary teacher before the up state assembly election 2012 but after change of CM and government in up , New CM not going to implement the primary teacher transfer process .
Officer of UP basic education saying that transfer of primary teacher to another district is not a practically on favor of primary education. . This decision will increase the inadequateness of primary teacher in various backward district of Uttar Pradesh. In that case its possibility that oldest primary teacher transfer rule will be restore. Primary teacher posts are district cadre so transfer will be possible in only district expect some exceptional case. But previous government approved the amendment in teacher service rule of 1981 rule 21
Mayawati government invites application form of transfer till 31st October 2011. Up basic education council got more then 58 thousand application form till 31st December. Most of the candidates requested for metro cities for transfer. So its speculation that new government will gives a cold response or cancels the whole transfer procedure.
