Eligibility criteria/ education qualification:
For dental / medical courses – passed Karnataka 2nd PUC / intermediate examination with physic chemistry biology and English. With minimum 50 % marks in PCB for sct st qualifying marks is 40 %

Application Form Fee: 650 and 500 for sc/st in form of demand draft Drawn in favor of “the executive director, Karnataka examination authority, Bangalore” Payable at Bangalore
Seat allotment Procedure: seat of various courses will be allotted by online options for the eligible candidate on the best Kcet Merit / Kcet 2013 ranks. After that verification of certificate will be done. All government colleges /private engineering and medical colleges will be allotted as per as the seat matrix issued by the government. k CET 2012 question Paper Pattern | Karnataka Common Entrance Test Syllabus
Karnataka CET K has 3 question papers named as Paper 1 and Paper 2. There will be a language test only for those candidates whose mother language are Kannada and interested to applying for Government Seats
Paper 1: 120 questions | 150mins | 120 marks.
Subject physics and chemistry
Paper 2: 80 minutes | 60 MCQ Multiple choice questions | 60 marks
Subject: biology or mathematics depending on the course the candidate has applied for. (if you are applying for engineering or technology stream then your subject will be Mathematics and if you are applying for medical courses then your questions paper will be on Biology)
