Court Decision on Fee matter of Up Teacher Vacancy 2012

Now high court Uttar Pradesh (HC Allahabad) given little relaxation on fee matter for Up Bed primary teacher / b.ed trainee teacher vacancy 2012. Yesterday 21 December was a court hearing on UPTET Primary teacher recruitment and some other related matters. Now Court Judgment / court decision said that those candidates who have been applied for previous trainee teacher recruitment now exempted to fee submission in those district for which they already filled application form fee. An applicant name Akhilesh tripathi filled a writ petition regarding fee and some other matter in court.

Court said those candidates who have been applied for old advertisement they must send a information to NIDESHAK SCERT lucknow before 31 December 2012 about their old application form for concerning districts.
