Hearing on UPTET case / recruitment 2011 now running in High court Allahabad. Previous date was decided for UP TET 2011 case was 27 august 2012 and new date for UPTET case Hearing decide by Court is 3 September 2012. we know that Court (HC Allahabad ) suspended previous primary teacher vacancy notification on 72825 primary teacher vacancy. Amendment information in teacher service rule is discussed on 27 august 2012 up tet case hearing. One more point is raised on that tet selected would be trained after the recruitment but around 10 thousand BTC candidates are already trained. They can be recruited as assistant teacher in up primary schools without consuming time in training. There are so many loop hole in selection and recruitment of primary teacher of Up. But no buddy is serious about the condition of Primary school of uttar Pradesh. Most of schools now conducted by one sikshamitra or one assistant teacher. There are a huge no school where there are no teachers. We are hoping that a good decision will be come out on hearing of 3 September 2012 and primary teacher recruitment process will be started once again.
